waddle in the wards--surgical

Nothing much in surgical ward.

MO asked, "so what have you learnt for that past 3 days?"

I said: Nothing much.

He replied: But you should be able to learn a lot of things here what. Just ask the HOs about the patients' case if you don't know.

I told him: I don't really dare to disturb them when they work.

Yes. Because when I flipped a patient's file (I was permitted to do so, and even encouraged by the MO to do so), I was shot by an HO. That was when he wasn't even writing or reading that file. When I stood near enough just to listen to what he's saying to the patient, I get that irritated face. What, just because I'm not from ur uni then I'm damn annoying is it. Or just because I'm still a student, I'm not qualified to stand 2 meters away from you to observe you work is it? Or you think just because you work in the surgical ward damn yeng is it?

I was super happy that days in that ward was over. Even though I was there only for less than 4 days. 4 half days. But this might be the kind of people we all are going to see a lot next time wherever we are, whatever field we're in.

Then today. Paeds! Both the HOs and specialist were super nice, it's like the other extreme compared to those from surgical ward. Not to say that all of them are dam terrible like the one I mentioned la, there were nice ones too.

Neways. Love the HOs, specialists, and the babies! Paeds post after this=)
